The activity is held at Langsat Park, Kebayoran Baru. "Langsat Park is indeed prepared for elderly. Besides jogging, we also do free medical check-up and distribute staple food," he explained.
Milatu, (62), one of elderly from Pasar Minggu admitted she was happy welcoming and enjoying the training. In addition to get knowledge, she can also socialize. "It was nice to get together with friends. Because if in the house, the children already have their respective activities," she expressed.
